Exchange & Return Policy

At She Collection PK, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of ladies’ undergarments and personal wear products, we currently do not offer refunds or general returns once the product has been delivered.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as bras, panties, shapewear, camisoles, silicone products, nipple covers, and other intimate wear cannot be returned if the product is opened, used, worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or removed from its original packaging.

Exchange Policy

We only offer an exchange in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is defective

  • The item is damaged during delivery

  • The product has a manufacturing fault

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Tags and labels must be attached

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

  • Clear photos or video proof may be requested for damaged, defective, or wrong items

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected by customer

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Used, washed, or worn items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened intimate wear or hygiene-sensitive products

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange request, contact us at:

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for exchange

  • Clear photos or video proof, if applicable

If your request is approved, we will guide you with the next steps and return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a suitable exchange solution.

Refunds

She Collection PK currently does not offer refunds. Approved cases will be handled through exchange only.
