Lost or Missing Parcel Policy

At She Collection PK, we aim to make sure every order reaches our customers safely and on time. If you experience any issue with your parcel, please read the policy below.

Delayed or Missing Parcel

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days after receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact our team as soon as possible.

To help us investigate properly with the courier company, you must report a missing parcel within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation.

If a missing parcel is reported after 14 days, we may not be able to investigate the issue or raise a claim with the courier service.

Missing Items in Your Parcel

If you receive your parcel and believe an item is missing, please contact us immediately.

Missing item claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please keep all original packaging, including:

  • Courier bag

  • Product packaging

  • Invoice or order slip

  • Any labels or stickers on the parcel

This helps us review and investigate the issue properly.

Important Notice

Claims reported outside the stated time periods may not be accepted, as we may be unable to complete a proper investigation with our courier or packing team.

She Collection PK reserves the right to reject claims for missing parcels or missing items if the issue is reported after the allowed time period.
