Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate wear, opened products, used products, washed items, silicone products, nipple covers, panties, and other personal-use items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified product fault.
